Your website does the selling
Your brand, service area and price sheet. Clear initial and recurring charges, with agreement signing built into the journey.
Your website. Your FieldRoutes office.
Let homeowners get a quote, sign your service agreement and choose their initial service appointment on your website. We connect the details to the FieldRoutes workflow your team already knows.
Independent. Not affiliated with or endorsed by FieldRoutes. Every connection is tested against your account before launch.
Your brand, service area and price sheet. Clear initial and recurring charges, with agreement signing built into the journey.
Customer and property details, recurring services, signed agreements and appointments stay connected to your office.
A property needs an inspection, a payment fails or a route fills up? The customer gets a clear next step and your team gets the context.
What connects
Start with the parts that matter to your business. Each connection combines documented FieldRoutes features with the custom work we build for you.
Public documentation checked November 6, 2026. Account permissions, service types and gateway support are confirmed during technical proof.
Creating and searching customer and property records, with an outside reference for mapping.
Checks for existing customers before creating records, plus reconciliation of every enrollment.
How you want shared emails, repeat customers and multiple properties handled.
Creating recurring plans for a customer from your configured service types, which supply many defaults.
Mapping up to three recurring service plans, with initial service fees, recurring charges and billing schedules shown separately from service frequency.
Your service types, first recurring service timing, monthly or per-service billing, agreement term and renewal settings.
Reading service types, including their default charges.
A separate rulebook for size, ZIP, plan and add-on pricing that you approve. We build and validate these rules with you.
Whether the rulebook reproduces the quotes your office really gives.
Generating an unsigned agreement with a hosted signing link, or accepting an already signed PDF.
Customers review and e-sign your approved service agreement on your website. We produce the signed PDF for FieldRoutes and keep the consent record, document version and signing evidence.
Your template, signed-PDF upload and document retrieval, tested with your account. A hosted FieldRoutes signing link is another available path.
Reading spot availability, briefly reserving a spot against other API users, and creating appointments on eligible routes.
Cached availability to protect limits, and a fallback when a window disappears.
Route scheduling permissions, service area, duration and staff setup. Office staff can still change availability.
Gateway-dependent stored payment profiles, and charging through your configured gateway.
Card entry through your gateway’s secure fields, with failures sent to a person and no blind retries.
Your gateway, recurring payment authorization and collection timing. Supported cards, bank payments and AutoPay behavior are confirmed for your setup.
A temporary link into the FieldRoutes customer portal. Portal colors can be changed; the login page cannot be customized.
Linking to your existing customer portal. A custom branded portal is separately scoped after a feasibility review.
Your portal settings. A link alone does not prove who a visitor is, so an owned login needs its own verification.
Free: 50 reads and 250 writes a day, 20 requests a minute. Premium: 3,000 reads and 3,000 writes a day, 60 a minute. Per office.
Caching, queued writes and controlled retries, so a public flow stays within limits.
The limits on your actual key, and any cost for the tier you need.
Trigger Rules (webhooks) are included with Premium API access.
Using them only where they make a process more reliable.
Which events are available for your configuration. We assume no universal coverage.
Getting your office ready
We help you work through the specifics. You do not need to have every technical answer before the first conversation.
An active FieldRoutes account, API access for each office and the name of your payment gateway. Ask FieldRoutes whether Premium API access is already included.
Your initial service fee, recurring rate, billing schedule, service frequency and ZIP codes. Include the services that need an inspection before a price.
Your approved service agreement, covered pests, re-service policy, eligible appointment windows and the person who handles office follow-up.
API credentials stay on the server and are shared through an agreed secure process. Please leave keys, passwords and customer data out of the inquiry form.
