The fit-review form collects your name, company, preferred contact method (email or phone), the corresponding contact detail, optional alternative contact detail, optional website, whether you use FieldRoutes, your area of interest and optional notes. We record your agreement to be contacted about the request and the submission time.

Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment details or information about your customers.

Requests help us evaluate business fit, discuss your needs and respond to your inquiry. The contact checkbox covers this conversation. It is not a subscription to an advertising mailing list.

Requests are saved to a database and reviewed personally. An automated alert sends your inquiry details to the site owner’s private Telegram chat so we can follow up. This website does not automatically send confirmation emails to you.

Form data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare hosts the website and database; Telegram processes the inquiry details included in owner notifications. The source code is maintained in a private GitHub repository; submitted inquiries are not stored there. Access to submitted requests is restricted to the site owner and authorized service administration.

There is no public directory of submissions. We do not sell the contact information collected here. A form submission does not connect your FieldRoutes account.

The form uses validation, a spam trap, duplicate-request checks and request limits. The application stores short-lived hashed network identifiers for rate limiting rather than raw IP addresses. Hosting providers may keep their own operational and security logs.

Identical retries are deduplicated. A distinct follow-up or privacy request can be retained separately, even if it uses the same contact details.

You can contact us at hello@pestenroll.com, including for a copy, correction or deletion request. Cloudflare forwards incoming messages to our Gmail inbox, where Google processes and stores the email and any attachments. A notification containing the sender and subject is also sent to the owner’s private Telegram chat.

The email body and attachments are not copied into our website database or Telegram notification. Email and notification copies remain until removed by the owner. Please avoid sending passwords, payment information or your customers’ personal details.

No advertising pixels or analytics trackers are installed in this build. Hosting and access-control providers may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms to operate the site, including access to any private previews.

The sample enrollment flow and calculator run in your browser. Their entries are not sent to FieldRoutes or saved as customer records. Fonts are served by this website.

Requests are retained for reviewing and handling the inquiry until the site owner removes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule on this website. Notification copies may also remain in the owner’s Telegram chat and must be handled separately when responding to a deletion request. Temporary rate-limit records expire and are cleaned up on later submissions.

For a copy, correction or deletion inquiry, use the privacy request form and describe what you need. We may need to verify that you control the relevant email address or phone number before acting. Submission does not automatically delete records.

The booking link opens Cal.com in a new tab. Cal.com collects the details you enter there and handles availability, calendar invitations and meeting changes under its own privacy policy. The site owner can access those booking details to prepare for and attend your meeting.

This website does not load an embedded calendar or send your inquiry-form answers to Cal.com. Opening the booking link does not reserve a meeting. A booking is confirmed only after you complete the scheduling steps. Cal.com sends booking, rescheduling and cancellation updates to this website. We store a limited notification record in Cloudflare D1 and send it to the owner’s private Telegram chat: your name, email, company, meeting time, booking reference, optional notes or change reason, and Google Meet link when available. We do not retain the full booking payload. These notification records and Telegram copies remain until removed by the owner and are covered by the privacy-request process above.
