The language of your office

Familiar terms.
Fewer crossed wires.

Your website, price sheet and service agreement should tell the same story. These are the distinctions we work through with you.

Initial service fee
The one-time charge for the first treatment. Some offices call it the initial fee or startup fee.
Recurring service
The ongoing protection plan. Its treatment schedule can differ from its billing schedule.
Monthly billing
A payment each month. A quarterly plan can be billed monthly; that does not mean monthly service.
Service agreement
Your covered pests, service frequency, charges, term and cancellation policy, reviewed and signed by the customer.
Re-service
A return visit between scheduled services for a covered pest issue, subject to your company’s policy.
AutoPay
Authorized recurring collection through your supported payment gateway, on the schedule the customer agrees to.

Your initial fees, recurring rates, service schedule and agreement are the best starting point. We’ll help turn them into a clear online journey.
